Seven facts about Sunday:
- She was born on a Friday in the same hospital that Finn, Wes and I were born at.
- She was almost going to be named Josephine, we would have called her Joey.
- She reads at a fourth grade level.
- She is the worlds slowest eater.
- She is incredibly athletic.
- She is the spitting image of her father. We call her the Asian, girl version of Wes.
- Her middle name is Drew, which is also her fathers middle name.
Sunday is all things I wish I could naturally be. She is outgoing, talkative, engaging, intriguing,
smart brilliant, kind, fierce, confident, athletic, and loving. Truly, she is the most beautiful little girl I have ever met and I am SO very lucky that she is MY daughter. My heart is full of gratitude for this little being we call ours.
Miss Sunday Drew, make all the wishes you want in this world and I know they will most definitely all come true. If you can dream it, you can do it girl. I love you.
I talk often about my kids not being attached to electronics, I am not a big propionate of it. Yet, so much of my job has to do with being on some sort of device, doing something with that electronic, whether it be emailing, advertising, posting on Facebook or instgram, and now blogging. I feel like a hypocrite often time when I tell them no electronics and minutes later go to edit photos or return an email. But that being said, I will do everything that I can to allow my kids to be electronic free. Because there is such beauty and fun in the world without it. They can imagine,
they can play with nature,
They can take in the beauty that is so blatantly in front of them and be present in the moment, something I am learning so desperately to do.
In a time which boredom does not exist, I encourage you to be bored and to figure out how to cure that boredom sans electronics, or even better yet, learn to just be. This is something I’m working on everyday.
I encourage you to do it, even if it is only for a day, a week, but hopefully more.

So one of my new years resolutions was to blog as many sessions as I could because dag nab it, I love every session and each session deserves a little show case to show how truly beautiful they they are. I hope you join me in seeing each family through my eyes and captured through my lens.
